Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day with an order cut-off time of 14:00 (PST). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

There is a transit time of 5-8 business days for deliveries to arrive at your door step.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

XAutoStereo is responsible for any customs duties and taxes on your order. All costs incurred during or after shipment are the responsibility of XAutoStereo (duties, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address information during the ordering process. We cannot be held liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery:

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipping carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a designated location. It is the recipient's responsibility to coordinate with the shipping carrier to arrange for re-delivery or pickup within the specified timeframe.

Inspection and Sign:

As products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving. When it's chipped or damaged, don't sign the delivery or open the package. In these situations, please contact our customer services.

After you (or somebody else on your benefit) signs for your product, We will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you're highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get the Customer Service within 24 hours after you get the package so we can solve the issue immediately.
