Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have unpacked or installed it, we will not authorize a return unless it is because our product is defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return costs will be borne by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Installation Issues
All of our car stereos don't provide installation service, but we have installation guide on our website, you just need to spend some time to study it to install it perfectly and successfully, it's not a hard thing, we won't authorize it if you return it because you can't install it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Packages
Our responsibility it to prepare your item for shipping and hand it off to the shipping company. Sometimes the shipping company misplaces the package or loses it entirely. In the event this happens, we will gladly open up a claim. The claims can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the shipping company to complete. During this time, the shipping company will reach out to you and you must speak with them or they will deny the claim. Ultimately, delivering the package to you is the responsibility of the shipping company. We can not issue refunds or reshipments on lost packages until the shipping company confirms the package is lost as they might have misplaced it and can still deliver it. We will work with our customer and the shipping company on a resolution.

All lost package claims must be reported within 30 days or we are unable to help.

Order Changes
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us during business hours to change your order. If an order has already shipped, it can not be changed.

Warranty
Product warranty can contact us, we will provide your questions to the manufacturer, and the whole process more into your warranty questions, product warranty are in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty period set, usually one year!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
