The Linkswell GEN5 T-Style multimedia center replaces the factory display screen and climate control center in 2014-2020 Toyota Tundra pickups, enhancing the dash with a 12.1-inch, multi-touch panel encased in a factory-match bezel. The climate controls are recreated on-screen, allowing the driver to access all related features.
Unique to this radio is the ability to support base audio or JBL audio systems with the same harness! No longer do you need to purchase additional expensive adapters to control the factory JBL amplifier!
The Android™-powered multimedia center is optimized to display relevant information with minimal distraction. Google Maps is pre-installed, and your choice of Android navigation apps (such as Waze) can be installed to give you live updates while driving (internet connection required – via dedicated or phone hotspot). In addition to using the T-Style’s built-in AM/FM tuner, drivers can utilize the factory USB port to connect smartphones, and an additional USB connector for flash media. Bluetooth® connectivity enables hands-free phone calls and wireless music streaming.
The GEN5 allows iPhone and Android users to activate and use Car Play (Apple) or Android Auto (Android) WIRELESSLY to enjoy a seamless experience using the power of your smartphone for additional features of each system, while the optional DVR camera functions as a “dash cam” and enables recording and playback of all of your trips (SD card required for recording – not supplied)
By connecting the Linkswell GEN5 T-Style to a mobile or smartphone Wi-Fi hotspot, you can access the Internet through a browser that displays full web pages with multiple tabs and search capability. You can also use your subscription-based streaming services — Pandora® Internet Radio, SiriusXM® Satellite radio, Spotify® and more — by downloading the Android-compatible apps onto the unit’s 32GB of internal storage.
For safety, the Linkswell GEN5 T-Style has three dedicated camera inputs for optional front, rear and passenger-side camera views. The reverse camera switches when the vehicle shifts into reverse gear, the right side camera when the right turn signal is applied, and the front camera is manually operated.

BOTTOM BOLT ACCESS:
When installing the bottom bolts on the brackets attached to the radio, access for them will be gained by removing the two blank plugs on the face of the radio:
NOTE: pop these covers off from the back prior to mounting the radio so you don’t have to try and pry them out later. :- )
2020 TUNDRA FACTORY AMP TURN-ON:
On Non-JBL 2020 Tundras, you may have a factory amplifier that runs the speakers in all four doors that may not be triggered properly in the Linkswell harness. This will result in sound coming from ONLY the front and rear tweeters. If this is the case, you will need to verify that the factory amplifier is being turned on.
There is a factory amp turn-on wire in the factory harness (as show below) that requires a 12 volt input to turn on the factory amplifier. If this lead is not populated on your 2020 Tundra Linkswell harness, you will need to tap the ORANGE “AMP EN” lead from the Linkswell harness into the SKY BLUE factory wire as shown below:
